Born of many different ideas and philosophies, Burlenbone is a company with many facets. We are dedicated to ALL inhabitants of our planet, and view the current trend of wastefulness as detrimental to not only other creatures, but also to the future of our race. The world is changing around us, plain and simple. The quest for dwindling coal and oil supplies becomes more invasive as our needs increase. And yet, we still pursue our disposable culture as if there were no end. We are seeking to change similar flaws in our system and elsewhere by using our resources more completely instead of sending them to landfill. Most people never calculate how many gallons of perfectly good water fall off their roof, into their gutters, and out to ditches and drainpipes. Most people never think about digging and re-planting tree saplings that grow in undesirable places, or how that dead tree in their yard can be used for lumber and turned into furniture.
